Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Curator Cate, a product of 11906569 Canada Inc. ("Curator Cate," "we," "us"). By creating an account or connecting an Instagram professional account, you agree to these Terms.

What Curator Cate does

Curator Cate helps creators and businesses manage Instagram Direct Messages and comments: it groups similar questions from Direct Messages, drafts suggested replies to comments using AI, and sends replies you've approved back to your followers, on your behalf and only to accounts you've connected.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account, including any Instagram account you connect to it.
• You must have the authority to connect the Instagram professional account you link to Curator Cate — for example, as its owner or an authorized manager.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Curator Cate to send spam, harassment, or content that violates Instagram's or Meta's own policies.
• Attempt to access accounts or data you haven't been authorized to connect.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or use Curator Cate to build a competing product.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including by attempting to bypass rate limits or security controls.

AI-generated replies

Curator Cate can draft suggested replies to comments using AI, based on the standing reply instructions you configure. Drafts are suggestions only — nothing is sent to Instagram without your review and approval (or your explicit edit and approval). You're responsible for what you approve and send under your connected account.

Instagram & Meta platform compliance

Your use of Curator Cate's Instagram features is also subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Terms of Use. If Meta suspends or revokes access to your connected account, the related Curator Cate features will stop working until access is restored.

Service availability

We aim to keep Curator Cate available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on Instagram's API may be affected by changes, outages, or rate limits on Meta's side that are outside our control.

Termination

You may stop using Curator Cate and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Instagram's/Meta's policies, or that pose a security risk to the service or other users.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Curator Cate is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages related to AI-generated draft content you choose to send.

Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email.
